Openings for pupils

The Fraunhofer-Institute for Open Communication Systems FOKUS belongs to the largest institutes within the Fraunhofer Society, the leading network for applied research in Europe. We develop information and communication technology that makes cities smart thereby increasing the quality of life of the inhabitants. The institute offers perspectives and insights to applied research, for example as an internship, for pupils shortly before graduation or even before.

Occasionally at FOKUS, graduates can complete a dual university program or an apprenticeship. Vacancies can be seen in the current vacancy notices. Fraunhofer FOKUS offers apprentices an optimal start to their career. The training takes place in challenging research organization with the most modern hard and software; training is imparted in research, computer sciences and administration. The dual academic studies in Computer Sciences or Business Informatics is carried out together with the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin) or the University of Applied Sciences (HWTK).

Pupils can at any time send unsolicited applications.
