UFA Serial Drama, Head of Business Affairs & Business Development
Since almost 9 years, Sven Gronemeyer is heading UFA SERIAL DRAMA’s Business Development department. His responsibility covers both the improvement of existing revenue streams but also the evaluation of new business models by using new technologies or building new partnerships. A big part of his work is to optimize distribution and marketing of UFA’s long running daily dramas worldwide. Previously, Sven worked in start-ups to build and market media distribution platforms especially in the mobile area. From 2004 to 2005, Sven helped Jamba! as Key Account Manager to grow its B2B business within Europe. Until 2008, he continued at Arvato Mobile in Hamburg, Bertelsmann’s mobile start-up, where his responsibilities included beneath the development of distribution platforms also the internationalisation of Arvato’s own mobile advertisement solution. In 1998, Sven started his career with Hewlett Packard in Böblingen. He accounted responsible as an IT Professional for the design and the support of business critical high availability systems of various international customers and all kinds of businesses.
