Fraunhofer FOKUS' competence center Future Applications and Media is invited as scientific expert to outline the need of apps for smart city initiatives based on the current developments in Berlin.

Fraunhofer FOKUS' competence center Future Applications and Media is invited as scientific expert to outline the need of apps for smart city initiatives based on the current developments in Berlin. Interest focuses on the disruptive economic effects of cross-platform applications in the private and public sector. In this context Fraunhofer FOKUS will examine the development of webinos as cross-device web application platform to discuss the implications on applications and services for smart city initiatives.
